Wanted let you know how much the help and care received from Lisa Hall was appreciated very much by myself and my family. Her manner towards me the patient was very understanding and great care was given. Her visits were a lifesaver at times and she put us at ease with the whole experience. Sincere thanks.

I am a patient with autism and anxiety so i was very anxious about the whole process however the nurses were fantastic and made me feel at ease right from training for the procedure to the care afterwards . The nurse is always available now after the surgery to talk to or ask questions and she has been amazing at helping me feel at ease with everything as my stoma has healed.

I don’t feel there is anything i can think of that the nursing team could have done better they have been amazing.

I am mainly suppooted by Carol but the whole team have been involved in my care and making the transition to use the stoma pouch and accessories. They have now set up the ordering with MediLink but have reassured me they are there for me and I can contact them should I have any worries or concerns. They are a wonderful and compassionate team.

The service I received has been excellent. On hand for support when I needed it and encouraged me to take positive steps to help my own recovery.

Nothing from you but there was a delay in getting access to the exercise support and linking to the Me+ recovery programme.
